Yes! You should check out Charlotte Bistro on the Mile. Especially for lunch. their chef owns and runs the place and the food is fab! they're right next to La Provencal. but this place has some really great soups, but really all of the things on the menu are yummy. she puts some really interesting flavors together.
I'll be missing you by a week! I'm headed to Pgh on Thurs. :P

You're probably back in DC by now, but I concur with Jen. The bistro is great, and the chocolate soup is decadent. That's right, chocolate soup!
